Commercial Lockout, handled step by step
Quick entry to a shop, clinic or workshop when the keys are lost, broken or locked inside, so the day can start on time.
When this comes up
- The opening manager forgot the keys.
- A tenant's key no longer fits after a lock change.
How the visit goes
- We confirm who may authorize work on the premises and when the space is free.
- A technician inspects the doors, closers and hardware involved.
- We agree scope and price, then work around opening hours where we can.
- You receive a written note of what changed, and of any keys issued.
What changes the price
- The number of doors and their construction.
- Fire rating and exit-route requirements.
- Whether work must happen outside opening hours.
Good to know
- Typical parts: storefront deadlocks, mortise locks, rim exit devices and commercial deadbolts.
- Callers are often retail managers, clinic owners and property managers.
Questions we hear
- Do you keep a record of keys issued? On request we write down which doors were changed and who received keys.
- Who has to approve the work? The owner, tenant or property manager. We ask before we start.
Tell us the address area, the door and what you need, and we will confirm scope and price before we dispatch.
