Coming to the office
Walk-ins are welcome at Unit 29, 5310 Finch Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1S 5E8. Unit 29 is in the commercial units on Finch Avenue East, and calling ahead lets us confirm someone is at the desk and not out on a job. Ordinary house-key copying is available for walk-in customers. Bring the key you want copied, and photo ID if you want a lock opened or changed.
Arranging a visit
When you call or email, we confirm the address, the door and the problem, and discuss a price range and an arrival window. Nothing is booked until you agree to the range. You receive an invoice after the work. Our FAQ answers common questions about ID, damage and fees.
