Residential Locksmith in Toronto
New to Toronto, or just lost track of who has keys? Have the locks rekeyed and the doors checked in one visit.
Locking up a Toronto century home or condo suite
A century home in the Annex or Cabbagetown, a Victorian rowhouse or a condo suite off Yonge Street each need different advice. Old houses often have several doors with different age locks; a whole-house rekey brings them to one key plan. In condos the door is the building's, so we advise on the suite lock and on how many keys or fobs are in circulation. Our Finch Avenue East office is across the city, but a photo lets us advise before you commit.

What Toronto households need
Many Toronto households live in century homes in the Annex and Cabbagetown, Victorian rowhouses, laneway suites and high-rise condos. Winter in Toronto brings road salt, freeze-thaw cycles and heavy-traffic winters, and exterior locks feel it first.

Common questions
- How do I get one key for a Toronto house with several old locks? Rekeying. We take each lock apart, set the pins to a single key and test every door. Some very old locks may need replacing instead.
- Can you fix a door that will not latch? Usually. We adjust the strike, hinges or frame, and replace the latch if it is worn.
