- What can a North York condo owner change on their own suite door? Usually the lock cylinder or deadbolt, subject to building rules. Check with management, then bring the model number to our Finch Avenue East office.
- Can you fix a door that will not latch? Usually. We adjust the strike, hinges or frame, and replace the latch if it is worn.
